Radiator
Radiator repair is essential to maintain a vehicle's cooling system working correctly.
The general process of radiator repair is as follows:
- Initial Inspection: The radiator is examined to identify the cause of the problem. This may include leaks, obstructions, or physical damage.
- Coolant Drainage: The coolant is completely drained to begin with the repair process.
- Cleaning: The radiator is cleaned to remove any dirt, grime, or accumulated deposits that may be obstructing the internal ducts.
- Leak Identification and Repair: We locate and repair leaks, either by welding damaged areas or replacing defective parts, such as O-rings or cap plugs.
- Replacement of Damaged Parts: If irreparable parts of the radiator are discovered, such as corroded cores or tanks, these are replaced with new parts.
- Pressure Test: We perform pressure tests to ensure that there are no further leaks after the repairs are completed.
